Catalogs
Library catalogs provide information on the titles of books, journals, dvds, videos, sound recordings, maps, sheet music, etc. that a particular library owns. They are the gateway to discovering a vast array of resouces available to scholars.

JHU Libraries Catalog	Search the holdings of the Johns Hopkins Libraries catalog. This catalog includes holdings from the Sheridan Libraries, Welch Medical Library, Friedheim Library, SAIS Library, Montgomery County and the other JHU Center Libraries, and the Villa Spelman Library. Ways to search the catalog: Alphabetical Search - for known items title, author, video title ISBN, ISSN, etc. Basic Keyword - find items that have your keyword in general or specific fields Advanced Keyword - find items by keyword with specified limits My Account find out what material you have checked out, what you have on hold, any fines or blocks on your library account.
JHU Reserves	Course reserve materials are available in electronic, print or audiovisual formats.

WorldCat	WorldCat is a large database that contains the catalogs of over 41,000 libraries. JHU Libraries holdings are indicated in the records. You can use the interlibrary loan button in the database to quickly request that book. You can also see which libraries own the material.

Library of Congress Catalog	Search the Library of Congress catalog. The Library of Congress has vast holdings of books, journals, photographs, sound recordings and more. There are also links to hundreds of other library catalogs.

RLIN	The Research Libraries Group (RLG) Union Catalog reflects the collections of major research libraries; academic, public, corporate and national libraries; archives and museums; historical societies and international book vendors.

Enoch Pratt Free Library	The catalog of Baltimore's Public Library System.

University of Maryland	The catalog of the University of Maryland System.
