• Census Bureau - Foreign Trade Division
  Choose statistics and obtain import and export data by various commodity classifications, country and more.  This guide page will also give some background on the Foreign Trade Divsion statistical program.  Censtats provides trade data by SITC.
• Center For Internatinal Data at UC Davis
  Collects and disseminates international economic data - including historical import and export data. Some of the data is in ascii format.
• Country Reports on Economic Policy & Trade Practices
  Through 2001, the Country Reports on Economic Policy and Trade Practices were prepared by the Department of State. They provided a single, comparative analysis of the economic policies and trade practices of countries with which the United States had significant economic or trade relationships. In fall 2002, Congress abolished the reports. The online reports are available from 1993-2001.

  Includes the NTDB database which consists of 75,000 documents, tables and time series relating to international trade. Data are provided by numerous U.S. government agencies. Files such as Country Commercial Guide, Market Research Reports are used frequently.

    located in the Government Publications Library's general collection: I-UN/D ST/ESA/STAT/Ser.
• USA Trade Online
  Password required.  Due to licensing provisions, staff at Government Publications must log in users. Contains export and import information on more than 18,000 commodities worldwide.
